Technological repositioning with investments approved by FINEP. With the support of the
Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI), financing from
FINEP, through the
National Fund for Scientific and Technological Development (FNDCT),
is announced for technological repositioning focused on the manufacturing of
silicon carbide (SiC) power devices, through the modernization of the
manufacturing plant and the strengthening of national capacity in semiconductors.

marking its return to the market with revenue generation from electronic identification
and traceability solutions.

Reversal of corporate dissolution and removal from the PND. A presidential decree
removes CEITEC from the National Privatization Program (PND) and revokes the act that
authorized its dissolution, restoring its role as a strategic public company.

(TCU). The TCU temporarily suspends the privatization process, pointing out weaknesses
in the procedure and temporarily preserving the company’s industrial assets and
technical know-how.
